// About

Built by one person who got tired of watching good practices lose money quietly.

I qualified as a dentist in 2018 and spent the next four years inside other people's practices. Some were luxury operations with a coordinator for everything. Some were running on one overworked person at the front desk. The problems were identical. Only the budget for hiding them was different.

I opened my own practice in 2022, and that is when the theory ended.

Then I started working remotely with a practice in the United States, first on diagnoses and treatment planning, and with a second one on claims and insurance. That is where I learned the American side of this business from the inside: what actually gets billed, what quietly gets written off, and how much revenue leaves a practice without anybody noticing it go.

In 2025 I opened a second practice, much larger than the first. That is where this stopped being a complaint and became an idea.

Ascend is every time I needed a second opinion at 9pm and had nobody to ask. It is every time I knew there was a list of patients I should have been calling and no hand free to call them. It is every time I wanted the load to get lighter and bought something that handed me another dashboard instead.

It is also why it tells you when it does not know. I have made decisions off confident numbers that nobody could explain to me, and I would rather run something that says it is unsure and turns out to be right than something that sounds certain and is not.

// Principles

Five rules the software actually enforces.

These are not values written for a website. Each one is a constraint in the codebase, which is why they are worth reading.

01

Say the true thing, at its true strength

Ascend never has to choose between making something up and saying nothing. "Early signal, watching it" is a complete and honest sentence, and an exceptional operator says it several times a week.

02

A number you cannot interrogate is a number you should not be shown

Every figure carries where it came from, what was assumed, what was excluded and how confident it is. If it cannot carry those, it does not ship.

03

Unknown is not the same as no

A missing measurement reads as "not yet measurable", never as zero. Those are different statements and collapsing them is how a dashboard becomes confidently wrong.

04

Nothing reaches a patient without permission

Consent is enforced in code at the exit, not requested of a model in a prompt. A rule too important to get wrong does not live in an instruction.

05

We do not sell what we have not built

There is no voice product, so there is no voice product on this website. You will find that unusual and that is the point.

// Why now, and it is not a fake deadline

The founding cohort is 20 practices.

20

The first 3 are the publication floor

Being early is worth something specific rather than sentimental. A pattern cannot be published to the Network until at least 3 independent practices have contributed to it. The founding cohort is who crosses that threshold, and they cross it first, in their own market.

PKR 35,000 a month, locked for the life of the account, against a list price of PKR 65,000. It does not come back down.

Direct access to the founder, not a support tier.

Your requests go to the front of the roadmap, and you will see them ship.

A knowledge module built around how you practise, which becomes part of what Ascend knows.

What we ask in return, and it is the whole reason the price is what it is: a written case study once the results are real, and a willingness to take a reference call.

// The ask

Send us your last twelve months. We will run your own numbers through the four leaks.

Not the worked example from earlier. Yours. You will see the actual figure for your practice, with every assumption named and arguable.

If the number is not big enough to justify the fee, that is a completely reasonable outcome and we will tell you on the call rather than chase you for a quarter.
